From the beginning, Gadang leveraged on a distinct advantage - the experience and expertise of its Directors and Management. Lead by a Board with individuals of vast and diverse experience in related industries, Gadang entered the playing field as a pedigree thoroughbred familiar with local and international success. A number of the Directors held various positions with Bridgecon Engineering Sdn Bhd (BESM) from Founder to Project Manager, Project Director and Executive Directors.

Projects inclusive of high-rise condominium, property and resorts development, power station, bridges, stadiums, toll roads and expressway, ramps and connecting tunnels, concrete pumping, quarrying and several international project. The management of Gadang is made up of leaders with proven success in their respective specialities. Their collective experince and puruit of excellence is a key driving force behind Vision and Mission of Gadang.

The revitalisation of our website and the launch of Living East, a periodic lifestyle publication, sets the pace for the start of a more vibrant decade in 2011.

These have a combined gross development value well in excess of RM4 billion. Today we serve a growing spectrum and class of customers by leveraging on our experience and capabilities. With a view to the future we are committed to continuing to enhance the value of the communities we create through uncompromising service standards, ethical and transparent business conduct and by carrying out our operations in a socially responsible and environmentally friendly manner.

In 1990, Tan Chow & Loh Holdings , with a 100% equity in OCBC Securities (Melaka) Sdn Bhd successfully listed themselves as a public company in 1997. When the company was acquired by OSK Holdings, its stock broking business was merged with OSK's and the company was restructured and relisted on 9 September 2002 as OSK Property Holdings Berhad. Since then, in the past near decade we have grown rapidly from the establishment of our very first township in Bandar Puteri Jaya to a portfolio of 9 developments across Malaysia.

These are in well placed strategic growth corridors including Seremban, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur's golden triangle and in Selangor. Vision, Mission & Corporate Philosophy 4.
