Kinta Properties Holdings Sdn Bhd (KPH) is an investment holding company that was incorporated in 1973 and is synonymous with property development in Perak under the brand name of Kinta Properties.

Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates the core businesses of property development and related services such as Home Building. Home Services, Property Management and Marketing Services.

Kinta Properties has built and established number of communities among which include First Garden, Taman Perpaduan Jaya, The Club Condominium, Halaman Meru Impian and many more.

Current projects undertaken by Kinta Properties are Bandar Baru Sri Klebang and Meru Valley Resort.
