St.John Woods Residence

St.John Woods Residence
Persiaran Raja Chulan (Bukit Ceylon), Kuala Lumpur
From RM2,829,000

St John Woods Residence – a merge of luxury, space and unbeatable value in the heart of Kuala Lumpur

In today’s world where natural forests are replaced by concrete jungles, it’s no wonder why many are eager to search for the ultimate home – where the space is private and luxurious, and the foliage, lush and extensive.
Enter St John Woods, a project comprising two adjoining 33-storey luxury condominium towers housing only 48 units of large family-sized units. Located along Persiaran Raja Chulan and next to the city’s well-protected rainforest, Bukit Nanas, this low-density luxurious condominium will augur well among those who yearn for privacy, commanding a breath taking view of the city and lush greenery for their home
.

The true meaning of luxury
According to AM-EL Group MD Michael K C Low, the development is not what is “commonly seen today.”
“What you see today are the studio units and the one bedroom smaller units. We stand out, as our units are all large in size. We are the only developer who is launching this particular size in the city centre," he was quoted as saying at a media preview in July, this year.
“We are offering the true meaning of luxury. Luxury means space, low density and exclusivity. We also emphasize on security and privacy. Besides, the timing is great for such a project in this area because there is less competition for luxuriously spacious units.”
Designer homes fit only for the affluent
The condominium units range from 3,660 to 4,489 sq ft and the penthouses range from 7,191 to 8,848 sq ft. Prices start from RM 2.8 million onwards with a 5% bumiputra discount for eligible buyers. The price and the space fit well into AM-EL Group’s philosophy of marrying luxury with unbeatable value.
Furthermore, the units start from the eight floor to ensure that each home captures the exquisite views of the KL City Centre and the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve. To date, 30% out of the 48 units have been reserved since its preview last July.
Low said that they are not targeting the mass market but rather the niche market that includes both local and foreign investors – especially the latter under the Malaysian My Second Home Programme.
The homes will come with large walk-in wardrobe, designer and branded appliances, kitchen cabinets, energy-saving air-conditioning units, fixtures and fittings, and a ceiling height of up to 11ft.

There will also be private lift lobbies for each home while facilities include concierge services, guest lounge, chauffeur's lounge, gym, Pilates/yoga room, saunas, multipurpose room, meeting room, barbeque area, general storeroom and an infinity pool.
Additionally, there will be a mailroom, a car wash bay, wi-fi facility on the ground floor and facility floor, a changing room, Surau, function room, powder room and a management office. The maintenance fee will be approximately RM 0.45 psf.
