condominium units range from 3,660 to 4,489 sq ft and the penthouses
range from 7,191 to 8,848 sq ft. Prices start from RM 2.8 million
onwards with a 5% bumiputra discount for eligible buyers. The price and
the space fit well into AM-EL Group’s philosophy of marrying luxury
with unbeatable value.
Furthermore,
the units start from the eight floor to ensure that each home captures

Reserve. To date, 30% out of the 48 units have been reserved since its
preview last July.
